Red Fox RV Park and Resort & Code of Conduct
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we ask you to observe the following good camping practices. Management reserves the right to add to, delete from, and /or modify these policies and regulations at any time without notice. **Download Contract**
Your legal status is that of a guest. There is no Landlord/Tenant Agreement between guests and the Owner/Management.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including; but not limited to, condition and/or type of camping unit.
- Management reserves the right to limit the length of stay, the number of persons per site, and the number of vehicles per site and party.
- RV must be in good mechanical repair, good condition and must not be unsightly. Red Fox has adopted a policy that RV Apparatus must be 10years of age or less. There my be some wavers based on Short Term Stays, but this must be approved by the Owners.
- All guests , [whether daily, weekly, or monthly] agree that vacating your site early will not constitute a refund of any kind. Please choose the length of your stay wisely.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the actions of their children.
- Intoxication and disorderly or abusive conduct will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction from the RV Park without refund.
- All buildings are smoke free.
- Please be respectful in your use of our shower facilities (coming in 2023). These are provided for your comfort and convenience. If you see something that needs our attention, please contact Management and we will take action as soon as possible.
- If you intend to have your personal mail delivered to this address, please let the Management know how to contact you for delivery.
- UPS, FedEX, and other delivery items are left at the main office. Please pick up your items as quickly as possible to prevent loss or clutter at the office area. Please give management contact information for items delivered.
- Pedestrians have the right of way. Be mindful of children playing in area while you are operating your vehicle.
- Please maintain your RV site in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
- Water and sewer connections must be tight and leak free at all times.
- All utility trailers must be parked in the over flow parking.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your RV.
- The Dog Park is open and available. Please close the gate after you leave. Pick up all waist and dispose of in the trash conveniently placed just outside the entrance to the doggy park.
- All pet droppings must be picked up from all areas in the park. No exceptions. If there are no pickup bags, please notify the office for replacement.
